Shipping

When receiving your order, we  begin processing it which takes on average 1-2 business days. Your products  will then be shipped out, and a tracking number will be available at your account. Shipping takes 5-7 business days. Shipping is made via EMS/UPS/DHL/TNT.

In some instances, there may be a customs charge applied to your package (very rare). This fee would be at the client's expense.

Return

The color difference cannot be avoided, if the buyer cannot accept this, pls carefully consider.
Attention:
You are welcome to send the product back for a refund upon receipt if you would like to
return the item. Below is our return information:
 ·         Returns or exchanges are permitted, provided you purchased the product through
our mail order, call center, or website and it is within 14 days of the original invoice
date.
·         The product must be free of wear and tear and must be thoroughly cleaned so that
all dirt and debris is removed. Dirty product will be returned to you, without evaluation.
·         Shipping charges are not refundable.
·         40% of the payment will be taken off as the depreciation charge.
·         All packages should be sent via a trackable method, such as US Mail Delivery
Confirmation, UPS, or Federal Express. Our site is not responsible for packages lost in
transit. Please keep your tracking number until your return has processed and you have been
notified by our warehouse.
·         Once we receive your shipment, please allow up to 15 business days for your
exchange to be processed

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, pls email us immediately. 30% cancellation fee applies. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled. Hope you can understand. Thank you.
